Privacy policy
Last updated: 3 October 2026This policy covers the website warningfoot.com and “WARNING FOOT Publisher”, the internal tool used by the owner of the WARNING FOOT YouTube channel (@warningfoot).
1. Who uses the tool
WARNING FOOT Publisher is used only by the owner of the WARNING FOOT channel, to manage that channel. It does not offer sign-in to the public and does not access any other YouTube account or channel.
2. YouTube API Services
WARNING FOOT Publisher uses YouTube API Services. By using it, the account holder agrees to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. Google's handling of data is described in the Google Privacy Policy.
3. Data accessed and why
With the channel owner's authorization (Google OAuth), the tool accesses only the WARNING FOOT channel in order to: upload videos, set thumbnails, write titles, descriptions and tags (including translated versions), upload captions and audio tracks, and set the privacy status and scheduled publication time. It reads the channel identity to confirm it is operating on the correct channel.
The tool does not collect, store, sell or share personal data of viewers or of any other YouTube user, and does not use YouTube data for advertising or profiling.
4. Storage and security
The OAuth authorization token is stored encrypted on the channel owner's private server in France (OVHcloud, Strasbourg), accessible only over HTTPS with authentication. Video files and metadata produced for the channel are kept on that server for at most 14 days after publication or rejection, then deleted. No YouTube API data is stored beyond what is needed to publish the channel's own videos.
5. Website
warningfoot.com does not use cookies, analytics or trackers and does not collect personal data. Standard server logs (IP address, date, page) are kept for security for up to 14 days.
6. Revoking access
Access granted to WARNING FOOT Publisher can be revoked at any time from the Google account security page: myaccount.google.com/permissions. Revoking access immediately stops the tool from acting on the channel; stored tokens are then deleted from the server.
